Can the PayPal invoicing be legally used with a medical office. I am not concerned about the format of the invoicing form. I am trying to be sure that the funds can be transferred without a patient's signature. Currently, I am being told by my credit card services that I cannot use a web portal, because there is no signature of the patient, so the credit card company says that anyone can contest that they made the payment unless there is the signature to prove it. The credit card company says that tracking of a mailed item serves as this guarantee on items bought through web portals like eBay and Amazon. Please comment
