I have had a PayPal account for a number of years. In fact 2 paypal accounts for the different businesses that I operate. I have file one dispute that I'm aware of, and now a 21 day hold? Since PayPal is now under the same ownership as eBay, how can eBay expect sellers to survivie? Clients will not put up with the PayPal is holding our funds garbage.
You know, it's just another way to hold funds, having use of that money, which is considerable if you think of the amount of PayPal users as well as eBay sellers, and float their business on our backs. Tell me if I'm wrong?
