I posted a vehicle for sale on Craigs List and received a response with a request for purchase through Pay Pal. No name given. I sent the request and received info that money was deposited including a fee that needed to be paid to a third party for shipping. I am instructed to send money via Western Union before my funds will be released. Is this normal?
