Involving "Ask an Expert"

I  contacted "Ask an Expert" with a question about my Jeep Wrangler. I paid the fee thru Pay Pal but was never contacted by "Ask an Expert". Help

If you've reached out and not received a satisfactory response or any response from "Ask an Expert," then you are able to dispute a PayPal transaction through our Security Center or your PayPal account's Resolution Center as long as you are within 45 days of sending the payment.
