Visa gift cards (The one i'm using on my account now specifically) are not refillable. I used this gift card to pay for a purchase, then when I didn't get the producty, Paypal refunded some money back into my account, and the rest to my credit card. But since you cannot refill my visa gift, there is about $40.00 floating in space now. Can someone help me get it back on the card, or perhaps into my account?
at the bottom of the mail paypal page it a contact us tab... click on that and the 3rd option down click on the contact by phone, it will give you a 6 digit number to use when you call. Enter that number when prompt hen you will be transfered to a rep
