I'm having a problem buying an item?

I won an item on eBay on the 19th of December. I payed for it with an ECheck with PayPal. The payment cleared on the 23rd. I have sent the seller two messages regarding the item, and the status of the payment says "cleared". I don't think the seller is getting online. I don't think he/she is going to ship the item to me either.

How do I contact the seller when he/she doesn't even get online or check their messages?

If there's no way, how do I go about getting a refund, when the seller will not respond?

Hi britneyjune,

 

If you cannot reach your seller, you can file a dispute.

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to the PayPal website and log in to your account.
  2. Click Resolution Center at the top of the page.
  3. Click Dispute a Transaction.
  4. Select Item dispute and click Continue.
  5. Click Find transaction ID to search for the transaction.
  6. Click the transaction ID.
  7. Click Continue and follow the instructions.

It's way to soon to file a dispute.  I would wait at least till this Friday or even next monday.
