I have some problems with Mastercard verification.

Hello!
I have some problems with Mastercard verification. I asked for confirmation code and after 2 weeks there was no answer. Than I clicked to resend it and the FIRST confirmation came the same evening.  And there is no money back from the first 1.95 transaction and no Second 1.95 transaction also. I still have only One 1.95 transaction, which was the first one. 
So - the second one confirmation code is already sent?
If it is So - then why there is no second one 1.95 transaction?

What should I do - try to resend another confirmation code or just wait?

Or may be there are some problems?

Credit cards would receive the 4 digit code on a line with a US $1.95 (or equivalent in some other countries) charge. The number would appear before the word PayPal on your credit card statement. To enter your PayPal code, log in to your PayPal account, click Profile at the top of the page and click Credit Cards under Financial Information. Upon entering the proper code, that amount is refunded to your PayPal balance.  Did you get the 4 digit code?
