I cannot transfer my funds to bank account, though items have been delivered

Hi, I'm new to PAypal.

I sold a couple items on ebay, and had a hold before I could transfer my paypal to my bank account. The paypal sight says that they will release the hold if the items have been delivered. I entered the tracking number and it confirms that they were delivered. I still can't transfer my funds due to a hold. Is there more to this?

When you "actually" have the funds in your Account, you can do a withdraw.   You just have to wait unit they are released.
