I trusted a criminal who has failed to deliver a $200 product, but because the transaction took place over 60 days ago, neither Ebay nor Paypal will act. I have contact, address and a still active Ebay account for this guy and I need to know what I can do.
I am prepared to press charges.
PLEASE GIVE ME SOME ADVICE!!

Ebay and paypal can't help you now.
You have only 45 days from the payment date to file with Paypal and 60 days from auction end to file with Ebay.
Now, if you funded the paypal payment with a credit card or branded debit card, contact them and file a chargeback
