How do I get debit card if Credit Cards are PO Box address?

All of my credit cards are billed to PO Boxes because I travel all the time.  PayPal won't accept my debit card application even though I provide a physical address.  A friend of mine has the same situation and he said that PayPal told him how to work around this problem.  Any solutions?

I'm having the same issues with my credit card being billed to a P.O box.  I live in a small town that everyone has to go to the post office to pick up their mail.  How can I apply for the paypal debt card?

I have exactly the same problem.  Every credit card I own uses my PO Box so nothing satisfies this f'ing screen!  **bleep** me off.
