How can I turn money on a prepaid debit card into money on paypal

Through work I get bonuses in the form of prepaid visa devit cards in the amount of $100. How can I turn those into money with paypal?

I tried the Green Dot money card thing but it wouldn't let me use the gift card to pay for the Green dot card.

Any help please
