So I live week to week especially around the holiday's and Ive been selling some items on ebay for extra money which is great but .... the last 3 things Ive sold have had the funds put on hold including the amount paid for shipping. how am I supposed to ship the items if paypal puts a hold on the money that I was paid to use for shipping ?
You will need to find a way to pay for shipping, or... refund the buyer's payment and explain to the buyer that PayPal held your payment and that you can't afford to front the shipping cost.
