Help with credit card payment!

This is SO annoying. I have been trying for hours to send money for an item I want to buy. I have 10 USD on my account and want to send 25. I have entered my credit card info (very good card and valid). Why wont paypal let me give the money? It says I dont have enough money in my account. I know that, thats why I want to use the credit card! so I tried sending 10 USD, everything that I have in my account. Then, before sending, I went to change funding options, and the only one listed is my pay pal balance and not the card. I tried adding the card again, but it wont let me, saying its already linked. HELP!!!!!!

When making the payment, some where on the bottom try to find something that says more funding options or payment options. I haven't encountered this problem but it did something familiar to me in a different way and i had that option on the bottom on my payment thing.
