Recently I paid for something with my Paypal account and decided to cancel it while it was still pending. The fact that it was pending was supposed to mean that the funds had yet to be transferred but upon checking I saw that the funds had been withdrawn. Is there a normal wait time/timetable for the funds to be restored?
The service that I canceled had to do with World of Warcraft.
