I did not see a resolution to anything posted in this forum. I am having the same problem that is listed here. I tried to use a prepaid card and they are charging a fee but I can't make a purchase with it.
I am having the same issue. Did anyone figure out how to get the charges off from trying to use the gift card? If you can check your statement and they can obviously take money off of the card, Why can't you use it to buy things? This is rediculous!
I was wondering about this too. I guess I can scrap that idea. I wont register any more cards with pay pal. I only used my one credit card for ebay and it got hacked into and someone made a fraudulent purchase. I dont trust pay pal and since I cant use a pre paid card on ebay I guess I wont be buying from ebay any more. Ebay and pay pal YOU **bleep**!!!!
