Help Please, Trying to dispute transaction.

So, I ordered a product a few weeks ago and after no responses from the vendor and no sign of the product, I'm trying to dispute. Now, apparently the transation is not showing up in my history, and the email I recieved only has a Reciept #, so theres no way for me to open a dispute.
Does anyone have any ides on what's going on here? The money was removed from my account... I don't see why I can't see it on my Paypal history..
