If you think you’ve received a suspicious email or have been directed to a fake website, forward it to email@example.com and we’ll investigate it for you. After you send us the email, delete it from your inbox. If you clicked on any links or downloaded any attachments within the suspicious email or website, log into your account and view your transactions. It’s also a good idea to change your password.
So, I tried to pay for an item on eBay the other night, and after I hit the confirm payment button an error messaged occurred and said to try again later, so I did. And the same error message occurred. I went to my online bank account and the item was charged twice! However, the seller did not get ANY transaction, not even one. Also, Paypal doesn't even show the transaction.
In a nutshell: The payment that is showing or reflecting on my bank account however not on my PayPal account.
What should I do?
Call PayPal... login to your PayPal account and click on the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of the page... there you will find contact instructions and the PayPal phone number for your account.
I am having the exact same problem only the third time worked because I didn't use a coupon code that I was trying to use. Were you using one? Did you figure out what to do because I may need to do the same thing?
