I am using the PTR service, ExecutiveMails.net, and wish to upgrade my membership with them in order to receive prompt and more frequent payments of my earnings. However, while they are current members of PayPal, I want to see if there are any current complaints from anyone about their fulfillment of earning payments to members before I proceed and upgrade my account for $250. Any feedback?

It's not ExecutiveMails.Net, it's ExecutiveeMails.com, and we had complaints about them on this forum last week.
The PTR buzzword means nothing on a Google search, so it's not a legimitate or widely-used term and the wording of "and wish to upgrade my membership with them in order to receive prompt and more frequent payments of my earnings" sounds phoney.
