We are using PayPal to process payments on a rental property. We require a deposit at the time the reservation is made but the deposit is refundable 14 days after check-out if the property is left in good order. We are in possession of the deposit money for several months before refunding so the standard PayPal refund (within 30 days) doesn't seem to fit. Suggestions?

One option would be to use the send money feature assuming the renter has a PayPal Account. Else, a bit old fashion but, you could simply send them a check via the mail.
