Is it against the terms of service for a fraudulent seller to create another account?
This woman has scammed a lot of buyers. There are more than 10 claims against her right now, but the woman has said she refuses to refund us and created another account instead. PayPal has told us unfortunate buyers that they are investigating her and have listed her as a fraudulent seller, but she is getting away with it by creating a second account. Unfortunately, she is not very smart and posted screenshots of both her accounts trying to show buyers that the refund is coming, but the name she used was a different one.
