I am trying to send money from my paypal money as a gift to a relative in Australia for Christmas. Why am I being charged a fee to send money to her when I receive gift money to and from a cousin in Canada and neither of us is charged fees?
I have started to send money to the Australian relative both from my business account and my personal account. I have paypal money in one and the other comes right out of my bank. Before 'sending' the money, I see that fees were charged either way I would send the money.
Please advise... I have to send the money and pay the fees in order for her to have the money before Christmas.
