I purchased something on EBay and 2 days later they removed the listing. That makes me feel like I'm not going to get what I bought. How would I go about getting my PayPal account refunded?
You should first contact the seller. If that communication doesn't result in a satisfactory resolution, login to your PayPal account, click on the "Resolution Center" tab and open an INR (Item Not Received) dispute.
If the seller still fails to provide a satisfactory resolution, escalate the dispute to a claim no later than 20 days after opening the dispute.
PayPal will review the claim and refund your payment if the seller is unable to provide online viewable proof of delivery of the item.
