I received $42 in my account in May. It still shows up as a transaction, but I can't access it. I can access a payment from October, but not the earlier one. Does anyone know what's going on?
If you have the funds in your account you should be able to withdraw funds. Have you verified your Account? It may be best for you to contact PayPal's Customer Service for assistance. They can actually look at your Account and assist.
