Do not charge my account

When I tried to charge my Paypal acct, it was denied so I went ahead and put the charge on my credit card (which has already been charged).  The inv # is 85922818.  I am wondering why my acct was charged when it showed that it was denied.

That's something you should phone paypal about - they're not going to discuss it on a public forum because of privacy issues.
