The product is either old or defective. My problem is I don't have the ability to pay for or go to the post office for a return at the moment. I just found out they are delaying my husbands pay until Jan 15th. I will be able to return it then. How long do I have to return my item before PP decides I can't be refunded? Will they make me pay for return shipping even though the seller is at fault for selling something old? If they do want me to pay s & h charges can I appeal it? I am sorry I just do not see how it is right to charge someone for someone else's mistakes. I see people post that on here all the time.
