I'm trying to get a PayPal debit card, but whenever I go to fill out the form, it says that my birthday is wrong. I've check all of my information, and it appears to be correct. I'm thinking it's because I'm 17, and maybe you have to be 18? I guess so. But, how can I get a PayPal debit card, then? Could my parents do it? Thanks!
