When I bought something online, Paypal declined my cc and they charged my cc $1 and it was on the pending list, but it was refunded. When I tried to buy the same thing again, they charged my cc $1, but it is still on the pending list and wasn't refunded. The $1 that I was charged before was refunded in 3 hours or less. I waited like 2 days and the $1 still wasn't refunded to me. When am I going to get that refund?
I confirmed my cc and Paypal charged me $1.95 and it was on the pending amount list. It said that the $1.95 will be refunded to me after 24 hours. I waited 30 hours and the charge got onto the Transaction list and it still was not refunded to me. When am I going to get the refund?
Note: I am using a pre-paid Vanilla Visa Gift Card
