Hey,
So I sold an item on ebay, and the buyer filed a not-as-described claim.
I told them and paypal that they could send the item back for a full refund.
According to PayPal they were supposed to return the item and provide proof to PayPal by May 6th.
They did not do so.
However, it is now May 8th and the claim is still pending.
Is it just delayed or something?

No one on this board will be able to assist you and chances are no one via the 1800 number at PP can assist you etiher. Best bet is just to wait this one out......
