Hello fellow sellers,
I see quite a posting from sellers that have have horrible experiences with resolution center, I am wondering if any seller has ever had a dispute go in their favor.
Mine is case of sporting event tickets that was rained out; buyer was able to keep the tickets (and their cash value for future exchange) and was refunded their money.
YEAH, resolution center that makes since I'm out both the tickets and the cash. I might was well have listed the tickets and offered someone cash to take them off my hands.
WHAT A JOKE!!
