I have been trying for 2 days to purchase an item from eBay. The purchase is stuck on paypal payment page. I do not get any error other that returning to the paypal payment page. Item is an immediate pay item. I would enter valid CC# and the card is created in paypal. But I cannot purchase the item.
If I try to use the same credit card that is already in my paypal, it says that the card is already linked in paypal. but I still cannot pay for item.
