I'm confused.. I was having an ongoing problem between my bank & Paypal so they told me to block Paypal from transactions.. Now, I have a negative balance at the moment but I was planning to sell some items on eBay to pay for it. Can I do that & then just deduct my negative balance from the money made from the sale of the item? And.. I'm planning to remove the block from my bank account but until then, what happens to the money that comes in from eBay transactions?? Thank you.
