Buying from seller on Ebay with Bill Me Later, how do I know if it's an option?

Im wanting to buy something on ebay motors, and want to try to use Bill Me Later, but I dont want to end somebody's auction just to find out it isnt an option, or that I cant get approved. What is the deal here?
