Bing Cashback Failed. Now I have to call and request that items be placed in the "service log" manually by a human. To click thru the voice menus do I just say "service" or "agent" to get thru to a person right away. Even though it is the third or forth time I've done this proceedure I forget. Or is it the hour long conversation I have with them while wwe sift through endless transactions to figure out which ones are which.
Why are you still saying how easy this cashback thing is when you have to spend hours writing emails and making phone calls to get it. why would I want to patronize anyone who offers it?
