Bank check not accepted

I  have had trouble with paypal. I have sent 2 checks to paypal, the first one was refunded and the second one? Who knows what happened to it. All I know is it never got into my account. I have not been able to get in touch with paypal for an answer, because I can't find one of their questions close to what the problem is. Any ideas??

There is a phone # that you can call and talk to some one direct, it should be on your

Pay Pal account page, but they pretty much are reading from a script repeating the same thing.
