Any way of contacting paypal over the phone?

I know that at one time a couple of years ago, I contacted and actually talked to a live PayPal person

over the phone and lived to tell about it.  But, I do not remember how I reached them.

Does anyone still no of a phone number to reach them.  I don't care if I have to stay

on hold for hours.  I can be working on my income tax.
