My old Paypal account has recently become locked because I did not access it for a while or something, it's regardless. The issue, is that I still have payments to make to my Buyer Credit account. Is there any way I can do this online now? Not only has the system been broken for a while, but I'm sick of paying an extra $15 simply because their system fails to work properlly and I have to pay on the phone, which they charge you for (Which, quite frankly, is bull****.)
