I sold a flute on Ebay and the guy sent me the money. I have been verified on ALL fronts from SS# to Bank Confirmation etc....and THEY ARE holding my funds? I can't get an answer why and its for $165 I need to withdrawl it into my account.
I am frustrated already and I just started with Paypal.....I don't get it....
