DO PAY PAL HAVE AN 1-800 TELEPHONE NUMBER FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE?

1-Login, Click "Contact Us", Click "Customer Service Center"

When I login, click "Contact Us", there is no button for "Customer Service".  The 1-888 number I get on the email response to "Contact us thru email" takes too long to get a person, and then it's not Customer Service.
