Paypal keep sending back money my clients agreed to pay with no further explanation. Did anything similar happened to you?

We are sorry to hear what has happened here. If there have been payments reversed from your PayPal account back to the senders, you should have received an email advising what has happened.

 

We would advise you to check your emails to see if any notification has been received. If not, I would advise you to reach out to our customer service team directly and we can assist you further. This can be done by clicking the 'Help & Contact' icon at the bottom of any PayPal webpage. From here, you can then click the 'Call Us' or 'Email Us' option to contact our customer service team directly.
