Hi there, I earlier today paid for digital assets via Paypal, and the payment is seen as "Completed" in my Paypal account, as well as on my credit card status page. However, the seller tells me the payment is "held" - what is going on? Are they trying to **bleep** me up?

If a payment shows completed on ur side. U have nothing to worry about. Payment made it to seller account up to the seller to proceed forward.
Any hold in a seller account could be a multitude of reasons. New seller? Reserve etc... Conversation seller should already understand and if any questions this sellers should call PayPal.
