Hi
I recently had a eBay dispute for a sold item. I was waiting for the item to be returned before issuing a refund. However on 8th August - Paypal stated -The funds that were placed on temporary hold are now available for use - Status- Removed
24th August - Update to Reversal - Status- Cancelled.
Has the buyer been refunded even though they had not returned the item?

Hi there crazy1,
It sounds like the funds are back with you as the goods were never returned to you. eBay have a policy that refunds are only issued when the goods are confirmed as returned in cases like that.
