I sold an item on ebay 2 months ago sent by special del received next day have tracking number they put in chargeable saying they never used credit card the address on paypal said ok to send to this address I have given paypal del note and proof of del online am I covered by paypal seller protection
Did it say you were covered in the transaction details? From what you've said it looks like oyu are fully covered but I can't ay for certain. My advice would be to contact Customer Services as they can see your account as you speak with them.
