What products and services do paypal agree to refund if buyer is unhappy?
Is there a page where it explains how paypal make the decision to refund money if a seller hasn't provided what was expected?
I'm in a dispute with a marketing company that haven't delivered the service.
I opened a dispute for a refund on their advice and then within just a few hours I was told they had spoken to the seller who someohow had showed them he had delivered and therefore were closing the case.
I contacted paypal and asked how if they knew that was what was promised to be delivered and they apologised and opened the case again.
They seller offers guaranteees on all his products and services and this is written on one of their sites. I'm hoping that will help my case.
But, what do they accept of prooof from both the seller and buyer that a service was not provided?
