I sent 16th March 50 Euros to my granddaughter, she received 5 Euros. I though that I had made a mistake so I sent another 50 Euros and once again 5 Euros was received. When I try to send money now I get the error and the message for me to go to the bank or change my visa card. I have been using paypal for over 5 years and I have never had a problem. Paypal accepts my payments on ebay but does not send me receipts but refuses to send money on the same day as I have paid with paypal on ebay. I am getting very frustrated as paypal is fabulous when it is working properly. I tried the telephone (LOL) no answer and the help and contact page has sent me the same printed answer which does not even touch on my problem.
