SOLD ITEM ON EBAY BUYER SAYS NOT RECEIVED NOW PAYMENT ON HOLD

I sold an item on EBay and my buyer is now claiming not received but I have tracking number and signature.  Buyer opened a case on EBay and now the original payment is on hold with PayPal .. when do I get my money back into my account ??  The original item was bought on 26.04 and delivered on 28.04 also signed for at 11.11am but my buyer says it is not his signature .. I have fullfilled my side so why is my money being held ??

If its an Ebay dispute and not a Paypal dispute then you would need to ask Ebay.
