Since 3 months I have 2500 pounds Retained in Reserve Hold.

I need to know how I can request the release of this amount.

We have not had any issue with any customer and has not requested any refund to any of our customers ever, so do not understand why this precautionary measure or how long it will last.

You need to talk to customer services about this.

Click on the words "Contact us" at the bottom of paypal pages > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent.
