Pending!

After years of dealing with Paypal and putting significant sales through them every month - they've suddenly put the funds for one of my old clients as pending. Won't be able to access the funds for 21 days11 Totally Bazarre! What's worse is that their help team won't explain why? They say my client should post positive reviews! But how can they if they haven't got the item? It's like talking to a brick wall! any advice

Reasons why you may have returned to the hold as per link above possibly are >>>

1. New seller.
2. Not sold for a while and returned to selling.
3. Dipped star ratings on ebay.
4. Recent buyer disputes.
5. Selling on a different email address or ebay i.d.
6. Suddenly selling a high cost item against normal selling history?

If none apply why not ask Ebay why they have applied the hold again?

Secondly if its Ebays hold (as opposed to Paypals which is different and for off-Ebay transactions) then normally funds are released when tracking shows the item as delivered + 3 days. Feedback does not count for payment release.
