I hope someone can answer me. First I paid a fee with Paypal yesterday, but I didn' get a receipt and my account says that its pending and it's just a temporary authorization. In the meantime I already paid the fee, I paid it twice. My question is, that I'll get back this pending money with paypal, or I paid twice and that's it?
I was trying to renew my Spotify premium package, and tried to pay with Paypal, but my Spotify account didn't show that I'm in Premium, so I paid again with credit card. I contacted with Spotify and they said that they get the money once from my account and they sent me a receipt about that. My Paypal account says that the money is pending and this is just a temporary authorization.
