Hi all, so I was helping a person on skype to transfer his money500usd, to his BTC suppllier. After I sent the moneyq he send to me became on hold. 12 hours later my paypal acc was limited and the on hold funds automatically refund to its original owner.... Now my pp balance is negative, which means I am unable to use this acc until paypal support solve this issue. Any suggestions?
