I sell on Ebay and i got an order from Sweden , in total worth £130, i shipped it with tracked and signed by Royal Mail on the 8th of Feb and now paypal are holding the money as the buyer claimed it was an unauthorised transaction (the parcel has arrived Sweden but has not yet been received by the buyer), i submitted my tracking number and now paypal are reviewing the case. As i've already sent the shipment can anyone help me with what will happen next? thank you
An unauthorised transaction normally means that a paypal account holders account has been hijacked and used without their consent by ? your buyer.
If Paypal investigate and find that that is true then of course they are refunded BUT you would not lose out either as long as you met ALL the requirements of seller protection.
So your best bet is to go and read up on it to make sure you were covered.
